Browsing this website
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not load third-party fonts, trackers or embedded content. Our web server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and troubleshooting. Your browser stores your shopping bag in its local storage and remembers, for the duration of the visit, that the introduction animation has been shown; neither is sent to us or to any third party.
Project enquiries (contact form)
If you write to us, we process the information you provide (name, email, phone, location, project description, budget, timeline and any files you attach) to answer your request and prepare a possible collaboration. Legal basis: your request and consent (you confirm it with the checkbox of the form) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. To protect the form against abuse we also process a shortened, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address for rate limiting.
Orders from the Collection
When you request a quote or buy a piece, we process your identity, delivery and billing address, email, phone and the content of your request or order in order to prepare the quote, perform the sales contract, deliver the goods and meet our accounting and tax obligations. No card or bank details are entered on this website.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiries: 12 months after our last exchange, unless a project follows. Order and invoicing records: 7 years, as required by accounting and tax law. Technical server logs: as short as practicable.
4. Who receives your data
Only the providers that help us run the website and the business, acting on our instructions: our hosting provider (Hostinger (hostinger.com)), our email service. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards.
