3. Ordering

Nothing is ordered on this website. A quote request does not bind either party. A sale is concluded when you accept our written quote and pay any deposit it requires. We may decline a request for a legitimate reason, such as a piece that is no longer available.

4. Payment

No payment is taken on this website. Payment methods and terms are stated in the quote. We never ask for card details by email.

5. Delivery

See shipping & returns. Delivery regions: Belgium and other European countries, quoted individually. Lead time: Confirmed in each quote (depends on the piece and the manufacturer).

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers who buy at a distance generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period, subject to the legal exceptions (for example goods made to the consumer’s specifications). Our return policy: 14 days; unless the quote states otherwise, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods; made-to-order pieces are excluded from withdrawal as allowed by law.
